Christin - absolutely LOOOVED this post, for all its silliness and significance. And you had me firmly bonded to the page when you used the word sigil. (DM me privately. I promise not to share it!)

With everything going on in my life this year, I completely forgot to set a word for the year. Thanks for reminding me it is never to late to start. I suspect it will have something to do with letting go gracefully. Cleave sounds too negative and drama-laden (she says as she drops off her youngest in NYC for his new adult life.) And I want to honour the circle of life that is/was my mother and the way her energy has shifted in the dimensions. Any suggestions?

I'm not quite ready to set a word for myself but it was fun to see one that's not as serious as a few as the others I've seen. Makes the whole thing not as daunting maybe. Good luck!

Fantastic post. I love your word of the year! It's sooo you.

Mine is "home." Last year, I had 3 words, one of which was "roots." I meant "home" when I declared "roots," but my brain took an entirely different path and attached me to my spiritual/cultural roots in a pretty magical way. This year, I decided to get very specific and literal. It's already moving me forward.

I can't wait to see more of cozy Christin AND goober Christin!

wow, that's a lot of pressure. I don't think I could come up with single word. Hearthbeckoner. Humanisty. Slovygander. Classcrasher. Honestry. Speakeasy. Storygrinder. Gaffchaser. Troubleteacher. I'm going to keep thinking about it.

Lol why choose a word like "grow" when you can choose a word like "CozyGoober"? I love it. And good for you for trying stand-up!!
