Loved this! I’m listening to “Order of Time” by theoretical physicist Carlo Rovelli and read by Benedict Cumberbatch. One idea stood out - that all time is relative time and that true time may only be experienced thru emotion since that brings you to the present.
I loved these Kind Camp session notes! I will definitely be referring back to the grocery bag visualization and your journaling prompts. Thank you! I also loved the conversational ending of your newsletter when you talked about being short of conventional time and rich in spiritual time. I could imagine you saying those words out loud. This ending was a lovely personal (as in POP) way to wrap up your newsletter.
These prompts are so good. I loved them. Thought experiment 1 🤯
Gonna bookmark the video to check out later✨
As someone obsessed with the passage of time, I LOVED the video. Surely, you have read The Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli?
If not, you need to take a look. It's incredibly interesting.
I have not, added to my reading list!!

Reminding myself to let go of my groceries so that I can embrace love & kindness in the present moment 😌
Love the thought experiments and prompts! Love the illusion of time video!
