I've given up on podcasts where I have to vet the guest and their "facts" myself. If the podcaster can't be bothered to only host guests who are the real deal, I exit. Harsh, but I have to save my time and brain cells for useful info!

...that koan..woah...never thought about killing a buddha but really enjoy the analogy as i'm interpreting it [which is] if you find yourself in the spirit of self multitudes while seeking yourself perhaps just consider your self instead and soak in just that one [and consider full on war with the others then write a long form essay about it]...stoked you found a way out of sleeping into stone...i take b12 every AM and it makes me happy...or at least i think it does...

I am curious which health influencers you would suggest taking with a grain of salt? Think would be so nice ( in the ideal world) to have a list of people that's ✅ by those who know they're actually legit (think it would apply to many industries lol!)
