I tried out Substack’s video function this week! I said that I’ll include a transcript at the end but turns out it’s not easy for me to export this video once I’m done recording it. :-/ (I used the direct-record function, but next time I should record separately and upload…)
So instead I’ll just tell you: In this short 5 min 57 sec video, I told a story about how I grew my first abundant batch of oyster mushrooms after having failed before. And how this relates to my feelings about giving a talk soon for my friend’s community, after feeling burned from the Maven experience.

I’ll soon give a talk for Ayush’s Indie Creator community called Meditation for Creator-Entrepreneurs (working title). Ayush and I are part of a Small Bets accountability group together, and my latest goal is to share useful information to people outside of my social media network.
